Can I amend my scheduled order online once it has been sent?
You will not be able to make any amendments to online orders yourself once your order has been placed. If you wish to make any amendments to any orders placed please call our Customer Services team on 01706 233627 who will be pleased to help you.
How quickly can I expect my goods to be delivered?
We stock an extensive range of equipment and spares, most available from stock or within 5 days. However, due to the number of product lines we deal with we don't pretend to have everything in stock all of the time! In-stock items are despatched the same day if ordered before 1.30pm. We will contact you by telephone or email if any of the items you have ordered are likely to take more than 3 days to deliver.
How do I return incorrectly ordered or faulty goods?
For incorrectly ordered items please contact our customer services team who will advise you of a returns reference number and any details of the restocking charge that will apply. In the unlikely event that you experience faulty goods, or need to make a warranty return/claim, we also need to issue you with a return reference number. In this case a clear description of the fault/ problem being encountered is required on the claim form. Please make sure you include your full contact details with the goods being returned and pack the the goods adequately to avoid damage. We cannot accept responsibility for return items damaged in transit.
