Due to the developing COVID-19 coronavirus situation, we would like to inform you of the actions we are taking to protect the welfare of our staff, customers and suppliers.
We continue to actively monitor and plan how we can operate our business with the minimum of disruption and make sure our business practices are aligned with government recommendations to help to control the spread of Covid-19. For the time being, our office remains open but with the minimum of on-site staff; most of our team are working from home and are available through normal contact methods. We have new procedures in place for deliveries to, and collections from, our business and have implemented rigorous hygiene controls across our premises. We are constantly monitoring the situation and will communicate via email, website updates and social media if any circumstances arise which cause significant disruption to normal business. There may be minor delays in dispatching some orders due to the limitations of our new working pratices and that of our delivery partners, however, we are working hard to keep these to a minimum.
Following government guidance we will not be conducting face to face meetings with clients or suppliers until further notice but will continue to communicate via other suitable methods. All telephone numbers and email addresses will function as normal.
We understand this is a very challenging time for everyone. With extra vigilance, care and personal responsibility we can all help to protect each other and our communities through the difficult times ahead.
