Offering a high level of installation flexibility in a wide variety of applications, the Hyprolyser Standard range offers additional safety features and functionality. The 8500 model is named after the grams per hour capacity it handles. Developed specifically for high capacity installations from large drinking water treatment plants to multi-pool waterparks.


  • No external Ex Zones – dual contained electrolyser and de-gassing tank with integrated air dilution fan.
  • Quantitative ventilation airflow sensor for failsafe shutdown.
  • Hydrogen sensor for shutdown of system if any hydrogen is detected in the vicinity of the equipment.
  • Multi-lingual control panel with real-time event log and Modbus capability.
  • Electrolyser housed in a clear PVC tubular casing with a 5-year limited warranty.
  • Volumetric water/brine measurement.
  • High-capacity external product tanks and saturators can be connected to suit any application.
